Tell Me About Group Coaching!?

Empowerment, Growth

“Kinda like a girl’s night, but better!”

Being a part of a group with other women who are facing similar things is just…..well, there’s nothing like it! It’s like having girl’s night once a week or every other week! Ok, not really. It’s even better! Being able to look forward to our group where you can be uplifted and come away feeling like “okay! I can do this!, and “I’m not alone!” is something you will look forward to each and every week!

Here are a few helpful guidelines for clients participating in group coaching meetings held via Zoom. These guidelines help us to make the most of our time together!

Bring a glass of wine, or a cup of coffee! 🩶

1. Camera Presence: Keep your camera on as much as possible during our group sessions. This enhances the sense of connection and engagement within the group.

2. Active Participation: Be present and engaged during the meetings. Participate actively in discussions and activities, as your input is valuable to the group dynamic. Each woman is so vital to the group as a whole!

3. Respect and Kindness: Treat other women with kindness, compassion, and respect. Embrace diversity and create a safe space for everyone to share openly.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy: What is shared in the group should remain confidential. Avoid discussing the personal details or stories of fellow group members outside the sessions.

5. Stay on Topic: Stay focused on the topic of discussion during the sessions to ensure that everyone benefits from the collective wisdom and support of the group. I can rabbit trail with the best of them, so, Ill be working with you to stay on topic!

6. Listen Mindfully: Practice active listening and give each member an opportunity to share without interruption. Be patient and supportive while others are speaking. We want every person to feel seen and heard.

7. Limit Distractions: Find a quiet and private space for our sessions to minimize distractions and create a conducive environment for learning and growth.

8. Respect Time Boundaries: Be mindful of the scheduled start and end times for our group. Punctuality shows respect for everyone’s time, plus, you don’t want to miss a single thing!

9. Share Authentically: Be open and honest in sharing your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Your authentic contributions foster trust and vulnerability within the group.

10. Confidentiality within Your Space: Ensure that you are in a private space where others cannot overhear the discussions to maintain confidentiality. Headphones help with this too!

11. Turn Off Notifications: Minimize distractions by turning off phone notifications and closing unrelated tabs or apps during the session.

12. Keep an Open Mind: Be receptive to new ideas and perspectives from others. Embrace the opportunity to learn and grow through collective insights.

13. Respect the Facilitator: The coach is here to guide and support the discussions. Respect their role and guidance throughout the sessions. If you have a major concern, you can always feel free to contact Amber after the group to discuss any concerns!

14. Be Solution-Oriented: Embrace a positive and solution-oriented mindset. Use the group’s collective wisdom to explore new possibilities and strategies. Oh, the places we will go!

15. Follow Group Agreements: Adhere to any specific agreements or guidelines established at the beginning of the group coaching program.

By following these guidelines, we can create a supportive, empowering, and respectful environment where everyone feels valued and encouraged to grow. Thank you for being an active participant and contributing to the success of our group coaching sessions!
